  • What type of services do you offer?
    We should be able to offer anything currently available from any of our competitors as well as services unique to us, if you have a new idea or are not sure if we do something just get in touch.

  • Do I need to be a registered company to set up a service with you?
    No, you can register with us as a company or a private individual.
     

  • How much does it cost to set-up a service with A2B Telecom?
    Most services are free but optional Gold Numbers and some bespoke or complex services, or those for which Taste Telecom would incur a charge, may attract setup and/or monthly fees which will be advised prior to setup. Please note that if your premium rate turnover exceeds £10,000 in your first year there is a £155+VAT annual registration fee to pay direct to PhonepayPlus, this must be paid by everyone after their first year regardless of turnover.

  • Who takes the difference between what I get and what the caller pays?
    Your revenue share already takes into account payments made to various elements of the supply chain including BT, the mobile network operators, our commission and the VAT too.

  • Do you deduct income tax?
    No, all of the revenue rates quoted on our rate cards are liable to taxation. We do not deduct tax from these payments. However, you are of course legally obliged to declare any earnings to the Inland Revenue.

  • What happens if I am VAT registered?
    Assuming you have a valid VAT number – VAT will be added to the amount we pay you.

  • How do I monitor my calls/texts?
    You have 24/7 log-in access to a password protected website that provides real-time call statistics for all of the services assigned to your account.

  • Do I need to install any equipment or extra phone lines?
    No, all services are either controlled via a server or are routed to your landline depending on the service you request.

  • Can I answer calls myself?
    Yes, there are certain services we can supply such as adult chat, tarot reading, customer support, IT support, technical help lines etc. where you can answer the calls yourself. We can provide advice on this and all you will normally need is a landline or mobile.

  • Can you help with my advertising?
    Definitely, we have a great affiliation with a major advertising agency that can normally offer competitive rates for all types of advertising.

  • How quickly can I get up & running?
    Most services can be ready within 1-2 working days. Some live services and websites can take up to a week.
