If, after making a purchase

the service you require, we may offer you an alternative
service, if this is not acceptable, we will refund any
fees you have paid to us. You can apply for a refund by

service you purchased.
Once a service or number
has been provisioned, due to the bespoke nature of the
service no refunds will be possible, except where, and
subject to the terms of
The Contract, A2B Telecom chooses to make a refund,
due to errors or faults with the service that A2B
Telecom is unable to rectify.
